5'4" – 5'7": 115 cm (46 in)

5'8" – 5'11": 120 cm (48 in)

6'0" – 6'2": 125 cm (50 in)

6'3" and taller: 130 cm – 135 cm (52–54 in)

Quick Fit Test

Turn the pole upside down and grip it directly under the basket. If your elbow forms a clean 90-degree angle while your arm rests flat against your side, the length is correct.
