Q.: How soon will my items be shipped?
A: We understand that you want your gear as quickly as possible. That's why we try and get all orders shipped out within 2 -3 business days!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your satisfaction is our highest priority. All products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. See our whole policy by clicking here.
Q: Do you have a price match policy?
A: If you find an identical item at a better price elsewhere, let us know and we will do our best to get you the same price.
Q: Can I pay for an item in installments?
A: Yes! We offer Shop Pay, the one-tap checkout you crave. Enjoy interest-free payments up to 12 months and instant rewards with every order.
Q: Do you offer custom ski and snowboard boot fitting?
A: Yes. We have trained staff members that can fit you for ski and snowboard boots or tennis and walking shoes. Available with custom heat molded footbeds from BootDoc.
Q: Do you offer a Tennis and Pickleball Demo Program?
A: Yes! Two racquet's/paddles may be taken at a time for 3-4 days. The $20.00 Enrollment Fee may be applied to any racquet/paddle purchase within the 30 day period.
Q: Do you offer custom tunes and ski/snowboard repairs?
A: Yes. We can bring your skis back to a factory-fresh finish with our Wintersteiger stone-grinding machines in only a short matter of time. We offer custom tunes, hot waxing, inspections and calibrations, binding installations and ski/snowboard repairs.
