At Ski & Tennis Station, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Here's how it works:

 

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

 

  1. 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items. We believe this gives you plenty of time to decide if the item is right for you! In order to start the return process, please contact us directly at info@skiandtennisstation.com or (336) 722-6111. Please be sure to have your order number on hand when referencing your return to our staff. Any returns sent back to our location without pre approval will be either denied or charged a restocking fee. 

 

  1. Original Condition: We ask that items be returned in their original condition—unused, with all original tags, and in their original packaging (if included in shipment). This ensures we can provide the best service to all our customers.

 

  1. Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping expenses are your responsibility, and any initial shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
