Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day and take pride in fast fulfillment! Standard fulfillment times are 3-5 business days unless express shipping is selected. We primarily use USPS for order handling, though some larger items are shipped via UPS/FedEx. We maintain the Shop Promise shipping window on 98% of our orders. 

We do not cover return shipping expenses but we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct a fee of no less than 9.99 from your refund (dependent on label cost). Items returned without prior authorization incur a 10% restocking fee. Skis, snowboards, and racquets with string labor applied are not returnable.
