Lane: "This board has been awesome for getting better all over the mountain. It's easy to turn, doesn't catch edges much, and feels really good riding switch. I've even started hitting small jumps and boxes because the board is forgiving and fun."
We ship most orders within 1 business day of placement, with US orders of $99+ shipped at no charge to you. Oversized items may incur a shipping surcharge. Skis and snowboards cannot be returned except in the case of warranty issues. See our full policy here.
All-mountain freestyle with a park focus, sized for youth
The Youth AMF Twin brings team-tested all-mountain freestyle performance to younger riders. Its wider progressive twin shape adds stability and control on rails, landings, and side hits. Hybrid camber and a longer sidecut balance power and pop with smooth, predictable handling through the park and across the mountain.Dense 30° tri-axial fiberglass maximizes snap and consistent flex. A lightweight poplar and paulownia core keeps the board responsive, while a sintered base maintains speed across varied terrain.
Shape: Progressive Twin — a symmetrical twin shape but slightly wider than usual to offer greater stability, with a bit more nose and tail for superior control on landings.
Profile: Camber x Rocker (Hybrid) — camber in the center for power, pop, and edge hold, combined with rocker in the tips (nose and tail) to reduce catch and facilitate control on rails and jibbing.
Core: Poplar and Paulownia blend — a robust yet relatively lightweight combination that offers good flexibility and durability.
Fiberglass: 30° Tri-axial UDW (Ultra Dense Weave) — an ultra-dense weave fiberglass that maximizes snap (elastic response) and provides a consistent, predictable flex.
Carbon Options: Some versions include ultralight carbon-infused fiberglass for added stiffness and pop without adding weight.
Base: Sintered Base — faster, more durable, and better wax absorption than extruded bases, ideal for maintaining speed on slopes and parks. Some versions mention a sintered graphite base.
Sidewalls: ABS — robust sidewalls that improve energy transmission to the edges and increase durability against impacts.
Inks: Eco-friendly, water-based.
Style: Freestyle, All-Mountain Freestyle, Park, Jibbing, Side Hits
Level: Intermediate to Advanced/Expert
Terrain: Park (rails, boxes, jumps), groomers/resort, side hits, and all types of resort snow conditions.
Spends a lot of time in the park but also wants a board that performs well across the whole mountain.
Seeks stability on landings and precision on takeoffs.
Wants a durable board for intensive use on rails.
Prefers a profile with pop and grip (camber) but with the versatility of rocker in the tips.
